apartments prices
The prices mean to apartment a day and includes consumption of water and electricity, heating and air conditioning.
Bed linen and towels with weekly change, use of all services offered by the structure.
Final cleaning excluding kitchenette, extra breakfast € 6.00.
Reductions
Cot on request € 10.00 per day. The structure accepts on request small and medium-size animals with a daily supplement of € 10.00.
Room prices
The rates are intended per day per room for overnight and buffet of continental breakfast .
Half board supplement (3 courses) € 30.00 per person (minimum stay 3 nights)
Children from 3 to 7 years 50% discount.
Children from 8 to 11 years 30% discount.
The farmhouse has a restaurant with a wide menu. In the summer period the service is also available for lunch directly in the area adjacent to the swimming pool.
The products are prevalently of our production and / or manufacture or zero km.
Cancellation conditions
In line with European standards and in the absence of other agreements, in case of cancellation on the date you will be charged the following penalties (% of total stay):
Within 15 days from the date of arrival 0%
From 14 to 3 days before the date of arrival 50%
From 2 days before the arrival date and no-show 100%
